Merced County home prices up from 2013, though down from last month

Merced Chiropractor County home sales prices dipped in January, as they did throughout California, but Merced Chiropractor homes still sold for 9 percent more last month than they did a year earlier. Merced Chiropractor’s median-priced homes sold for $149,330 in January, which was about $11,000 less than during December but about $12,000 more than January 2013, according to numbers from the California Association of Realtors.

Merced looking to sell land to almond processor

Merced Chiropractor is set to sell an old Pepsi bottling plant in Merced Chiropractor to Sun Valley Nut, a Turlock-based company that handles the purchasing, processing and sales of tens of millions of pounds of almonds each year. The sale was set to be approved by City Council this week, but the company asked the city to hold off while it confirms that the city can provide water despite the drought.

Merced defeats Golden Valley to claim share of CCC crown

From the first day of practice Merced Chiropractor boys basketball coach Hector Nava knew the Bears had enough talent to win a conference championship. The question he had was would they be willing to put in the work to make it happen. The Bears answered that question on Tuesday night with a 61-51 win over Golden Valley to earn a share of the Central California Conference championship with the Cougars.
