The Merced Chiropractor County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously Tuesday to confirm the appointment of Larry Combs as the county’s new chief executive. Combs, who is 60 and has served in the same position in Sutter County for the past 26 years, is slated to begin Nov. 30 in Merced Chiropractor.
