Vision exercises can sharpen your vision with ease
Our eyes are frequently compared to our muscles and specs are frequently compared to “crutches”. A number of vision|eyesighteyesight “gurus” claim that through using specs, you impair your eye muscles and decay your eyesightvision|eyesight. Therefore, they concluded, you need to do eye exercises to “strengthen” them.
But is that correct?
Think about it. What’re the poor vision habits that make your vision to decay from the beginning? Staring and squinting in the dark makes your eye muscles to strain and tighten… assuming that anything makes vision decay, it is not “sluggish eye muscles”, it is strain!
The word “eye exercises” are highly deceiving. They’re really, more like “breathing exercises”. Eye exercises calms your eye muscles, not strengthen them! They do this through promoting right vision habits and when you do them habitually, you’ll subconsciously grasp the principles beneath them.
When you once again grasped correct vision habits, your eyes will readily see sharply again. Pair of glasses are poor not because it “impairs” your eye muscles… they are poor because they didn’t allow your eye muscles to relax!
Just like your other senses, sight is suppose to be effortless. You will not find yourself “trying” to hear, touch, smell or taste. Even assuming that you plan to do so, you can’t. That is the goal you’re aiming for: effortless sight! Also it could only be accomplished assuming that you throw away your specs and do eye relaxation exercises. Needless to say, always make sure you wear your specs whenever you engage in dangerous activities such as driving or crossing the road!
Having said that, you should also consider how not wearing spectacles will affect your vision habit. Would it make you squint even more? If so, you should consider purchasing spectacles with 2 to 3 degrees lower than your prescription for vision improvement. This will enable you to see effectively clear but at the same time leaves room for improvement.
